This video, shown on two separate monitors side by side, starts as an illusion, with the arm of the metronome appearing to cross through the two monitors and act as one.  As time passes, the loop function of the equipment (the DVD players) cause the arms to get slowly out of sync until the arms move in opposite directions.  They will then slowly become in sync again.
